1. Nature of Services
Velox Mobility is a transportation coordination company. We do not own or operate vehicles. We connect customers with independent, verified transportation partners and coordinate bookings on the customer's behalf. Velox Mobility is not a travel agency and does not book flights, accommodation, or holiday packages.
2. Role as Coordinator
While we vet our transportation partners for safety and service quality, the actual transportation service is performed by independent third-party partners. Velox Mobility facilitates the coordination, communication, and accountability of the booking process.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided are based on the information supplied by the customer at the time of request. Final pricing is confirmed prior to booking and may vary based on changes to route, timing, or vehicle requirements.
4. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation and may vary by service type and partner.
5. Limitation of Liability
Velox Mobility coordinates transportation services in good faith with verified partners but is not liable for delays, damages, or losses arising directly from the actions of third-party transportation providers, except where caused by our own negligence in coordination.
